You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content is accurate, not confidential, and does not violate any contractual restrictions or third-party rights.

Flexiondrft reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms
